The latch type detects switching between S pole and N pole of the magnet. It is mainly used for the sensor which detects the magnetic pole of the rotor magnet of the motor and the rotation speed.
The omni-polar detection switch type detects magnetism regardless of magnetic polarity. It is mainly used for proximity switches.
The Uni-polar switch type detects only single pole (S or N pole) magnetism. It is mainly used for proximity switches.
The linear type outputs voltage proportional to magnetism. It is mainly used for position detection of actuators and others.
